Waiting for car pool going Sta Rosa, we were able to leave the office at 6pm, and unluckily cars all stranded at Cabuyao Exit. 30 minutes or so waiting is not a joke.
and decided to stop over and eat at Mang Inasal along the South Luzon Expressway.......
Cars were not allowed to cross Tagapo street because of the thigh level flood.
No choice but to ride the Army truck...............
